All the parts by Lea Components are made with the same technology as for Motocycle GP, throgh the use of the autoclave that enables the compacting of the fibres.

All the parts are resistant to high temperatures, as the cure cycle is carried out at 130°C and they are more light-weight and stronger than parts made without using the autoclave or just using vacuum bagging.

They have an excellent surface finish from polishing (clear vanish option)and 100% visible carbon fibre, both outside and inside, without having to use black paint or other techniques to hide other types of material.

Our parts, where necessary, have brackets and stainless steel screws.
